Customization Process

Step 1: Submit Your Requirements

The customer provides basic project information, such as:

Raw material type, material photos or samples, target final product, required production capacity, factory dimensions, voltage requirements, budget range, and delivery schedule.

If the customer is not sure which machines are needed, they can simply provide the raw material and the desired production result. Our team will help analyze and recommend a suitable solution.

Step 2: Raw Material and Process Evaluation

We evaluate the customer’s leather scraps, split leather offcuts, or material samples to determine the suitable processing method.

We mainly check whether the material is suitable for crushing, whether it needs to be opened into fibers, and whether additional processes such as mixing, pressing, drying, or surface treatment are required.

Step 3: Equipment Solution Design

Based on the customer’s raw materials, production capacity, and factory conditions, we design a suitable equipment configuration.

The solution may include:

Machine models, production process, capacity range, number of machines, floor space, power requirements, and labor arrangement suggestions.

Step 4: Solution Confirmation and Quotation

We provide the customer with an initial technical solution and quotation.

After discussion and adjustment, we confirm the final equipment configuration, production schedule, delivery method, and after-sales service details.

Step 5: Equipment Manufacturing and Quality Inspection

After the solution is confirmed, we arrange equipment production.

Before delivery, each machine will be inspected, including appearance, structure, running performance, electrical system, and safety checks, to ensure that the equipment meets delivery requirements.

Step 6: Packaging and Shipment

After the equipment passes inspection, we arrange protective packaging and export packing.

According to the customer’s country and shipping method, we help arrange a suitable delivery plan.

Step 7: Installation, Commissioning, and Training

After the equipment arrives at the customer’s factory, we can provide installation guidance, on-site commissioning, and operation training.

We help customers understand machine operation, daily maintenance, wearing parts replacement, and safe use of the equipment.

Step 8: After-Sales Service and Spare Parts Support

After the equipment is put into production, we continue to provide technical support, troubleshooting guidance, and spare parts supply.

Common wearing parts can be supplied for the long term, helping customers maintain stable production and reduce downtime.
