This machine is a secondary fiber opening unit in the recycled leather production line, mainly used for further opening pre-crushed split leather scraps after primary crushing.
It adopts a high-speed multi-blade rotor structure to continuously cut, separate, and open the leather fragments, gradually loosening the split leather fibers into fluffy fiber tufts.

The machine is equipped with an inlet, outlet, blower exhaust duct, and cyclone separator. The opened fibers are discharged through the outlet, while dust is carried by airflow into the cyclone separator for centralized collection.
The machine features a compact structure and stable operation. Its removable blades make it easier to clean and maintain the internal chamber, making it suitable for continuous production.
It is mainly used in the split leather fiber preparation stage of production lines for recycled leather, rebonded leather, and recycled leather boards.
