Wenzhou Customer Case | Customized Recycled Leather Production Line

Wenzhou has a well-developed leather products and related manufacturing industry. The customer had high requirements for equipment practicality, operation stability, and production adaptability. According to the customer’s raw materials and production plan, Huaixi Machinery provided a customized recycled leather production line solution.

This project focused on the recycling and reuse of leather scraps, split leather, and related leather waste materials. Based on the customer’s factory conditions, Huaixi Machinery optimized the equipment layout, material conveying system, crushing and fiber opening process, as well as the following forming procedures.

Unlike large centralized production projects, the Wenzhou customer paid more attention to equipment flexibility, space utilization, and future production adjustment. Through a customized production line design, the system can support multi-batch and multi-specification production needs, helping the customer improve the value of leather waste and expand recycled leather product applications.
